Why a graduates association
The Association has been active since 28 September 2014 — since the meeting at the Lyceum where graduates adopted the Regulations and elected the first Coordination Council. The Lyceum gives three years of shared experience, after which people scatter to military colleges, universities and cities. Within five years classmates lose touch with one another, and within ten they lose the classes around them too. The Association exists to stop that from happening: it keeps the list of all 1107 graduates of 2013–2026 and offers a way to find your person by year, company or city.
The second purpose is exchange. Every year a new class leaves the Lyceum and faces what earlier classes have already been through: admission, the first year of service, transfers, choosing a specialty. Someone in the database already has the answer, and it costs one conversation. The Association is a way to connect the person who needs an answer with the person who has it.
The third is representation. Classes come to share common causes: reunions, helping a graduate’s family, working with the Lyceum. Such causes need not a chat thread but an organisation with a charter, a bank account and people who are accountable for it. On 14 February 2021, on the initiative and with the support of the Lyceum’s Board of Trustees, the Association received the status of a Public Association. Public Association “Graduates Association of Arystan Specialized Lyceum”, BIN 201140027950, is that organisation.
Twelve years of the Association
Coordination Council
The Council is the Association’s working body. It includes one representative from each class, from 2013 to 2026: fourteen people.
A class representative is responsible for their year: they check membership applications against the Lyceum’s records, verify classmates’ profiles, and collect and pass on their class’s questions to the Council.
Decisions affecting the whole Association — general gatherings, targeted assistance, work with the Lyceum — are made by the Council. Decisions on a particular class are made by its representative.

Who represents your class
The Council is made up of one representative per class. The list of members is published as classes confirm their representatives — there will be no made-up names here.
