From 2014 to 2021, the Association held eight Conferences.
In 2021, on the initiative and with the support of the Lyceum’s Board of Trustees, the Association obtained the status of a Public Association. A Coordination Council was set up as the executive body, along with a Commission for Financial Rewards, Financial Assistance and Social Support, and an Audit Commission.
On 14 February 2021, an extraordinary Conference approved the Regulations on the procedure for financial rewards, financial assistance and social support for members of the Association.
Based on the results of 2021, and on feedback and references from all security and defence agencies:
- 18 officers were rewarded with the Association Badge, letters of appreciation and cash bonuses
- 17 officers were rewarded for graduating from university with honours
- 11 officers received financial assistance on the occasion of their marriage
- 2 graduates received financial assistance due to difficult family circumstances
Chairman of the Coordination Council: Colonel (Ret.) V. A. Raikhel.
This is the public version of the report. The full version with lists of those rewarded is available to members of the Association after signing in: the Association will not publish officers’ surnames together with their rank and agency in open access.
