The aim of the meeting was to establish the Arystan Specialized Lyceum Graduates Association. Graduates studying at the Military Institute of the Land Forces, the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan, the Border Academy of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan and civilian universities in Almaty came to the Lyceum.
Graduates studying at higher military schools in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Turkey joined online, so even at its first meeting the Association brought together people from several countries.
The meeting discussed and adopted the Regulations on the Arystan Specialized Lyceum Graduates Association, elected the Coordination Council and addressed the key questions of getting started.
This date is the Association’s birthday. All subsequent conferences and meetings are counted from it.
